Markoff’s Christmas Farm will return to Dickerson this holiday season, running from Saturday, November 28, through Sunday, December 13, 2026. The Christmas attraction debuted in 2024 and comes from the Markoff family, creators of Markoff’s Haunted Forest, which was recently ranked the No. 1 haunted attraction in the country by The Scare Factor.
The holiday event features two main attractions: the Christmas Trail and the Christmas Village.
The Christmas Trail is a ticketed experience featuring eight interactive scenes inspired by classic Christmas stories, including Rudolph and The Polar Express. Created by the team behind Markoff’s Haunted Forest, the trail is designed for visitors of all ages. The Christmas Village will offer free admission, even for guests who do not purchase tickets to the trail. Attractions will include Santa and his elves, games, a craft station, a Christmas market featuring 10 vendors, Christmas trees for sale, food and drinks, and storytelling around a fire.
The event is a multigenerational family operation inspired by the Markoff family’s grandparents, known as Mema and Dedo. The family says 19 grandchildren are now involved in continuing the tradition of creating community events.
Markoff’s Haunted Forest has operated in Dickerson for more than 30 years and recently received a 9.72 rating from The Scare Factor, earning the top spot nationally in its 2026 rankings.
Markoff’s Christmas Farm will be open November 28 through December 13. Additional information and tickets for the Christmas Trail are available at markoffschristmasfarm.com.
