The first tenant has signed on and construction is underway at The Shops at Travilah, a new shopping center in North Potomac.
Skyn Theory, a med spa, is coming soon to the development at 14119 Travilah Rd. Construction has begun on the business’s space, though additional details about the med spa and its anticipated opening have not yet been announced.
Skyn Theory is the first of four upcoming tenants to sign on at the new shopping center. The property features four retail and office suites ranging from approximately 1,195 to 1,475 square feet.
A previous leasing listing described The Shops at Travilah as a new 5,228 SF office and retail property designed for a mix of national retailers, boutique shops, restaurants, offices, and other businesses. The center features multiple points of ingress and egress, on-site parking, and a location near the intersection of Travilah and Piney Meetinghouse roads.
The shopping center is part of a development that also includes a separate building occupied by Primrose School of North Potomac. We’ll provide additional information on Skyn Theory and the other businesses coming to The Shops at Travilah as details become available.
