Revelation Pilates has officially opened its new studio at 6259 Executive Blvd North Bethesda, recently celebrating with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by clients, community members, local officials and representatives from the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce.
The new, larger studio offers private Pilates sessions, small-group classes and integrative bodywork designed for clients with a range of fitness levels, mobility needs and movement goals. Group classes are limited to approximately five participants to allow for individualized instruction.
Founded by Michele Karlin, Revelation Pilates combines traditional Pilates with a personalized, fascia-informed approach to movement, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination and mobility.
“Our job isn’t to push past limits, it’s to help expand them,” said Karlin. “Some people come in wanting to feel stronger and get a great workout. Others need a more careful starting point. We pay attention to the person in front of us and help them build from there.”
Among those attending the ribbon-cutting were Maryland Delegates Teresa Woorman and Sara Love, representatives from Montgomery County Government, the Pike District Partnership and the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce.
The studio has expanded its class schedule and introduced a special introductory offer for new clients.
