A water main break in Silver Spring has closed all northbound lanes of MD-390 (16th Street) at Second Avenue on Friday morning, October 23.
According to an Alert Montgomery traffic advisory, the incident is causing significant traffic disruptions in the area. Drivers are advised to expect delays and seek alternate routes.
