A 26-year-old Germantown man has been arrested and charged after allegedly striking a person with a handgun and stealing two phones during an arranged phone sale outside a 7-Eleven.
According to Montgomery County police, 5th District officers responded to the store in the 19700 block of Frederick Road at approximately 2:09pm on Saturday, October 17, for a report of an armed robbery.
