Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) responded to a collision with entrapment on Wednesday morning at the intersection of New Hampshire Ave. and Chalmers Rd. in Hillandale.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the incident involved two vehicles and several injuries.
The Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security issued the following: “Traffic incident closes SB New Hampshire Ave (MD 650) and Chalmers Rd. All lanes are blocked. Expect significant delays. Seek alternate route.”
