Koi Asian Cuisine, located at 12046 Cherry Hill Rd. in Silver Spring (Calverton), has rebranded to Sushi Freedom.
Though a representative from the restaurant answered the phone by saying “Koi Asian Cuisine”, they told us that the restaurant has already changed names and has an updated menu under what appears to be new ownership. The new name, Sushi Freedom, is active through delivery apps and offers lunch specials, a variety of sushi rolls, Chinese and Japanese noodle dishes, Thai favorites, and a lot more.
A hearing on the application by Sushi Freedom, LLC, for the Transfer of a ‘Class B, Beer, Wine & Liquor License, On-Sale Only’ will take place on October 17th. The previous restaurant, Koi Asian Cuisine, shared the following ‘about’ information back in 2015:
