Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Frank Cohen III, a missing 15-year-old.
Cohen III was last seen on Friday, November 22, 2024, in the 15000 block of Broschart Road in Rockville. He is 5-feet, 11-inches tall, 160 lbs., with black dreadlocks and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and red/gray slippers.
