Montgomery County Councilmember Kristin Mink shared detailed “Know Your Rights” resources to help residents protect themselves during immigration enforcement encounters, including guidance on handling warrants, remaining silent, and accessing legal representation.
She also highlighted CASA’s raid tip hotline for reporting ICE activity. Additionally, Mink shared a Youth Guide on verifying ICE raid alerts, urging the community to prevent misinformation and share only accurate information paired with Know Your Rights resources to promote safety and solidarity.
