Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels has been named the AP’s NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Daniels, who led the Commanders to a 12-5 record, also finished in 7th place for league MVP (one spot behind Patrick Mahomes).
Washington’s first-year head coach Dan Quinn also finished fourth in voting for the NFL’s Coach of the Year. He came in behind winner Kevin O’Connell (Minnesota), Dan Campbell (Detroit), and Andy Reid (Kansas City).
