Downtown Frederick Partnership has announced that The Banyan is set to become the ultimate destination for food, music, and unforgettable experiences, all under one roof. Located at 216 E Patrick St., this expansive 17,000+ sq. ft. venue promises to be a vibrant addition to the community.
The Banyan will feature a speakeasy-style restaurant offering private dining and craft cocktails, providing a unique dining experience for guests. For those looking to host special occasions, the second-floor event venue will be perfect for concerts, weddings, and various events.
One of the standout attractions will be Downtown Frederick’s largest rooftop bar, which will offer breathtaking city views and live music, making it a go-to spot for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, patrons can enjoy delicious bites from the rooftop food truck, The Hangry Rooster.
Brought to life by husband-and-wife chefs Dan and Staci Caiola, The Banyan aims to create a space where great food, live entertainment, and community come together. The venue is set to open in early 2026, with the rooftop bar launching in the spring.
