A Public Hearing with the Planning Commission has been scheduled on March 19 regarding the Schematic Development Plan (SDP) that was filed requesting to construct a 297 unit multi-family building in the space that was previously home to Famous Dave’s and Aditya Bistro at 917 Quince Orchard Rd. in Gaithersburg.
The City of Gaithersburg has shared that the hearing will take place on Wednesday March 19th in the Council Chambers at 16 South Summit Avenue. Comments on this application may either be mailed to 31 South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD, 20877 or emailed [email protected].
The initial plan called for a 365-unit building but was amended to a 297 unit multi-family building on the corner of Quince Orchard Rd and Great Seneca Highway with the address of 913 and 917 Quince Orchard Rd.
