Report: 37-Year-Old Montgomery County Man Charged With Threats of Mass Violence, Including Threats Towards President Trump

FOX 5 DC reports that Brian Eyers, a 37-year-old Navy veteran from Rockville, MD, has been charged with making threats of mass violence, including against President Donald Trump, a realty company, a law firm, and his homeowners association.

According to the report, court documents state that Eyers was arrested at his townhouse on New Mark Esplanade on Tuesday, March 11, after allegedly sending an email threatening violence, including tracking people down with an AR-15.

Police say they found three registered firearms in his home, and that he had not surrendered them despite a protective order issued on February 7. Neighbors expressed shock at the allegations, describing Eyers as a “nice guy.” His trial is set for April 29.
