Christopher Stuart Crittenden, 54, of Frederick, was arrested on Thursday, March 13, and charged with assault and disorderly conduct after allegedly punching a United Airlines gate agent at Gate D12 at Dulles International Airport. FOX5 reports that Crittenden is a former Montgomery County Fire Department Captain
According to a TMZ report, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority reported that the injured agent was transported to a local hospital, and a fellow passenger noted that Crittenden was already frustrated after his first flight was canceled and his second flight was full– eventually securing a seat on a third flight. United Airlines has permanently banned Crittenden from flying with the airline.
