UPDATE: Emiliano Benjamin Rojas has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emiliano Benjamin Rojas, a missing 21-year-old.
Rojas was last seen on Monday, August 4, 2025, near 401 River Road in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, approximately 190 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. Rojas may be driving a 2006 orange Mitsubishi Eclipse bearing MD license plate 1GM9032.
