Maryland Business Owner Gives Couple the Gift of a Memorable Experience

Last year, Hussian Al Saadi, a 2018 graduate of Northwest High School in Germantown and his company MySugarExotics drew attention with the infamous “CHEATER” Lamborghini. This year, Hussian is making waves again, but this time, for a very different reason (photos below).

When Patrick O’Boyle booked a 2012 Rolls Royce Ghost for a night out, he didn’t expect anything unusual. He simply noted in his order that he planned to take his wife, Molly, to dinner before her radiation treatment the next morning. That short note changed everything.

Hussian spoke with Patrick and learned that Molly is facing terminal Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. The couple, married for decades, is focusing their energy on “bucket list” experiences and making the most of their time together. Hussian decided that dinner in an ordinary luxury car wouldn’t be enough. He upgraded the O’Boyles to the 2022 Rolls Royce Cullinan, gifted them an extra day with the vehicle, and even sent a bouquet of roses, all at no charge. For Molly, it wasn’t just a car; it was a dream realized.

“She said she wants to do bucket list things,” Patrick said. “We were supposed to get picked up in a Rolls in Geneva but that trip got sidelined due to a hospitalization. So when we set up the MGM evening she said let’s do something fun. I said, ‘How about the Rolls?’ She said, ‘Heck yeah!’”

Molly’s cancer journey began with her first diagnosis in 2006. In September 2022, she learned her illness had advanced to Stage 4. She has since been sharing updates on her CaringBridge page, chronicling both the hard days and the moments of joy. Thanks to a small act of kindness, one of those moments was shared from the passenger seat of a Rolls Royce.
