The popular Takoma Park Street Festival returns for its 44th year of music, vendors, food and fun in Takoma Park. This year’s festival takes place on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 10:00am-5:00pm on Carroll Avenue in Takoma Park, MD to Carroll Street, NW in Takoma, DC.
Festival goers will enjoy the day exploring over 185 vendor booths, live music from 18 local bands, plus food trucks and more. Takoma’s unique shops, restaurants and cafes are all open and welcoming visitors. Event is rain or shine and a list of affected roads that will be closed at 7:00 AM and will reopen at approximately 7:00 PM can be found below, courtesy Takoma Park Police:

● Tulip at Willow
● Columbia at Pine
● Park at Spruce
● Carroll at Eastern
● Laurel at Eastern
No Parking
● Carroll Ave meters and residential
● Laurel Ave
● Tulip, both sides between Willow and Carroll
● Maple – one side of the street (church side)
As a reminder, please follow all placed parking signs. Efforts will be made for the vehicle to be moved prior to towing; vehicles will have towing and/or parking citation fees attached.
