Falafel Inc is continuing its growth in Montgomery County with a new location planned for 8525 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, according to a report by Source of the Spring.
Founded in Georgetown, the fast-casual chain is known for its mission-driven model, donating a portion of proceeds to refugee support programs through partnerships such as the World Food Programme. Marketed as “the world’s first falafel fast-casual food social enterprise franchise,” the brand promotes its “Eat For Good” mission while serving all-natural, vegetarian dishes.
In July, Falafel Inc was named the 2025 “Best of DC” winner in the Best Falafel category.
The company entered the Maryland market in November 2024 with a location at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, followed by a second opening at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda this past April. Its menu includes falafel, hummus, bowls, and sides such as Zaatar fries and Tabouli salad.
