The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating a fatal collision reported at 9:57 p.m. Sunday on Cherry Hill Road near Fairland.
According to MCPD, “At approximately 9:57 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2025, 3rd District officers and Fire Rescue personnel responded to the area of westbound Cherry Hill Road near O’Fallon Street for the report of a collision with injuries. Upon arrival, first responders located a blue 2007 Toyota Avalon that had overturned, with the sole occupant and driver entrapped. Fire Rescue personnel extricated the driver and attempted life-saving measures. The driver was pronounced dead on the scene. The Montgomery County Department of Police – Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating this collision.”
