Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jasmine Carcamo, a missing 19-year-old.
Carcamo was last seen on Sunday, November 16, 2025, near the 1500 block of McMahon Road in Wheaton. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She may be in the Four Corners area.
