Innovative Urgent Care has officially opened its newest location in Clarksburg, bringing its no-wait urgent care model to the Clarksburg Village Center under new management.
The clinic, located at the former Clarksburg Urgent Care site (not affiliated), follows the success of Innovative Urgent Care’s Damascus location and is built around a defining promise: patients are seen immediately upon arrival, with no waiting room delays.
On Tuesday, the opening was marked with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce. In a statement, the Chamber said it “kicked off the year with our first ribbon cutting of 2026, celebrating Innovative Urgent Care & Physical Therapy in Clarksburg under the new management of Dr. Esteban Schabelman.”
According to the Chamber, the newly managed location offers walk-in urgent care, on-site X-ray and lab services, telemedicine across Maryland, and personalized physical therapy programs. “Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate,” the statement continued. “Be sure to stop by and visit them and learn more about their services.”
The Clarksburg center is open weekdays from 8am to 8pm and weekends from 9am to 5pm, providing extended access for families throughout Montgomery County. Patients of all ages are accepted, no appointment is required, and all insurance plans are accepted, with simple self-pay options also available.
