Temperatures are expected to trend warmer as the week progresses, but just how warm remains uncertain. While the high end of the forecast range could push highs toward 80° this coming weekend, it is also possible that temperatures only reach the 60s. An 80° day before we spring forward would certainly feel fitting.
After highs struggle to reach the mid 40s today Tuesday, temperatures will gradually climb. Rain extends into Wednesday with highs in the mid 50s. Showers may linger into Thursday as temperatures rise into the mid to upper 60s. Friday and Saturday offer the best chance of reaching the 70s, with some forecasts hinting at 80° or higher on Saturday.
Clocks will spring forward one hour at 2am on Sunday, March 8, shifting to 3am. The change marks the start of Daylight Saving Time, bringing more evening daylight and costing everyone an hour of sleep. Sunset on Saturday will be at 6:08pm.
