Permanent signage is now up at the future Burlington store at 19142 Montgomery Village Avenue in Montgomery Village, located in the former Big Lots space.
Google currently lists the store’s tentative opening date as Friday, June 26.
In January, permits valued at $900,000 were issued for construction at the site. Big Lots closed at the location in March 2025. Burlington, a national off-price retailer with more than 1,000 stores across the U.S., offers discounted clothing, home goods, and accessories, and currently operates other locations in Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Silver Spring.
