Crumbl Cookies’ former Germantown location is now being marketed as available for lease following the store’s permanent closure earlier this month.
The retail space at 20650 Seneca Meadows Pkwy is listed as immediately available, with a total size of 3,218 SF. According to the listing, the term is negotiable, the rental rate is available upon request, and the space includes a full build-out suitable for retail use.
As previously reported, Crumbl Cookies permanently closed the Germantown location on Saturday, May 2. The store first opened in 2022 and was operated by franchisees Rob Davis and Mark Sumsion.
Crumbl Cookies launched its first Montgomery County location at Federal Plaza in Rockville in 2020 and continues to operate another county location in the Kentlands area of Gaithersburg.
The national dessert chain is known for its oversized cookies, rotating weekly menu, and signature pink-box packaging. Crumbl built a large following through social media and limited-time specialty flavors that changed weekly, encouraging repeat visits from customers.
