The annual promotion celebrates the 60th anniversary of the iconic frozen drink and 7-Eleven’s 99th birthday. This year’s festivities include a limited-time Mountain Dew Confetti Chill Slurpee, featuring a citrus and birthday cake-inspired flavor with optional colorful sugar crystal toppings. Participating stores will also offer commemorative 60th anniversary Slurpee cups while supplies last.
