Montgomery Parks is inviting residents to enjoy an evening of stand-up comedy, food trucks and local craft beer at its free All-Star Comedy Show on Friday, Aug. 14, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Cabin John Regional Park, located at 7400 Tuckerman Lane in Bethesda.
Presented in partnership with Improbable Comedy, the outdoor event will feature a lineup of local comedians performing stand-up for mature audiences ages 17 and older. Attendees are encouraged to arrive beginning at 6 p.m. to explore the park and enjoy food and drinks before the show begins.
Food and beverage vendors will include Kush, serving Sudanese and Middle Eastern cuisine, Pizzeria Coco, Nina’s Cookie Explosion, Stone Silo Brewery, and 7 Locks Brewery.
The event is free to attend, though food and beverages will be available for purchase. Montgomery Parks also announced that American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided through its Program Access Office to help make the event accessible to more attendees.
