FOX 5 DC will bring its Zip Trip live broadcast to The Square in Rockville on Friday, August 28, from 8-11am.
The morning show’s on-air personalities and crew will broadcast live from 36 Maryland Ave, highlighting Rockville, Montgomery County, local businesses, attractions and community members. The event is open to the public, with FOX 5 encouraging attendees to bring their appetite and friends for a morning of food and activities.
Now in its 12th year, the Zip Trip series visits communities throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia region, showcasing the people and places that make each area unique.
Rockville will host the second to last Zip Trip of the season and the second held in Montgomery County this summer, following the show’s May 22 visit to Rio in Gaithersburg.
