Saul Centers is marketing a new drive-thru restaurant space as part of an upcoming development at Kentlands Square in Gaithersburg.
According to leasing plans, the development will consist of three new buildings located in the area between Chipotle/Lowe’s and the At Home store.
The building closest to Chipotle is expected to be divided into four tenant spaces, while the center building will also contain four spaces. The third building, located near Lowe’s, is planned as a standalone drive-thru restaurant (diagram below).
No tenants have been announced for any of the spaces. Marketing materials show conceptual renderings of several possible restaurant and retail uses, but the businesses pictured are not confirmed tenants. A timeline for construction is not currently available. Additional information will be provided when announced.
