The newly constructed building housing The Learning Experience at 9963 Stedwick Road in Montgomery Village has sold for $8.25 million, according to Maryland Newsletters. The daycare is expected to continue operating with no changes.
Maryland Newsletters reports that Ganges Gaithersburg LLC sold the approximately 12,000 SF building to an Illinois-based buyer. The 11,972 SF preschool and daycare facility is located at Montgomery Village Marketplace, adjacent to Montgomery Village Center.
The Learning Experience offers early childhood education programs for infants through kindergarteners. According to its website, its curriculum includes hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning and STEM-based concepts designed to support exploration, problem-solving, and collaboration.
