A collision involving several vehicles has closed all northbound local lanes of I-270 before Montrose Rd, according to an Alert Montgomery traffic advisory.
MCFRS chief spokesperson Pete Piringer reported the crash in the local lanes between the Old Georgetown Rd/I-270 split and Montrose Rd. While Piringer reported some lanes blocked, Alert Montgomery’s advisory indicates all northbound local lanes are closed.
Drivers should expect significant delays and seek an alternate route. No information about injuries was immediately available.
