Maryland is Getting Five New Arby’s Restaurants

Arby’s is preparing to expand its presence in Maryland with five new restaurants listed as “coming soon” across the state, including the upcoming Montgomery County location we’ve previously reported on.

The restaurants are being opened by Silver Spring-based Luis Group Management, which is currently hiring assistant managers, general managers, shift leaders, and team members for the new locations. The five upcoming Arby’s restaurants are:

  • 7200 Muncaster Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20855
  • 3480 Saint Lola Ln, Bowie, MD 20716
  • 6340 Annapolis Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20784
  • 2000A Pulaski Hwy, Edgewood, MD 21040
  • 6370 Crain Hwy, La Plata, MD 20646

The “Rockville” restaurant will be located at the former McDonald’s property at 7200 Muncaster Mill Rd in Derwood. As we previously reported, plans call for the existing building to be converted into an Arby’s, with a construction permit valued at more than $500,000 issued for the project.

The location sits near the intersection of Muncaster Mill Rd and Shady Grove Rd and will add another Arby’s to Montgomery County as the chain expands under Luis Group Management.

Arby’s is known for its roast beef sandwiches and curly fries, along with a menu that includes beef and cheddar sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, sliders, gyros, and shakes. Opening dates for the five new Maryland restaurants have not yet been announced.
