Montgomery County COVID-19 Call Center Adjusts Operating Hours Beginning May 1

Beginning Saturday, May 1, Montgomery County’s COVID-19 call center and the preregistration helpline will be closed on Sundays. The Call Center is staffed with nurses and has received nearly 250,000 calls since it opened in March 2020.

Residents looking for information on Sundays may leave a message and their call will be returned the following day.  The call center remains open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
