The MoCo natives behind Passion for Ezra posted the following on social media when it was announced the shoes they created for Donna Kelce, whose sons Jason and Travis played against each other in the Super Bowl earlier this year, would be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, “It’s official we made it to the Pro Football Hall of Fame… we’ve waited for this to be announced officially! We will be getting our tickets to Canton today ❤️”
Proud momma Donna Kelce was interviewed by GQ magazine prior to the Super Bowl. During the interview, she was wearing a half Chiefs half Eagles jacket that was created by a business that is owned and operated by MoCo natives. “This is a jacket that Passion For Ezra put together. The Eagles on one sleeve and the Chiefs on the other. And then on the back—I don’t know if you can see—the names and then the two logos for the Chiefs and the Eagles. So this is really fun, this jean jacket. I really love it.” In addition to the jacket created for Mrs. Kelce, Passion For Ezra made a custom pair of shoes- Philadelphia Eagles on the left foot and Kansas City Chiefs on the right. The shoes have made it to the Hall of Fame, along with a custom split jersey Kelce wore while cheering on her sons.
Passion For Ezra is based in Columbia, Maryland, but also operates out of Rockville/Olney And was created by Monica and Taylor Blakely who were raised in Gaithersburg. Many in the area have visited the home in MoCo for photoshoots with Santa, Valentine’s Day, the Easter Bunny, and more. The business, which is veteran owned, creates custom items like shoes, clothing items, corn hole boards, and more. Featured photo courtesy of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
