Ensemble at 4856 Cordell Ave in Bethesda has closed. Ensemble was a “digital food hall” from Catalogue Brands, the restaurant group behind Ted’s Bulletin, Federalist Pig, Honeymoon Chicken, Sidekick Bakery, and Kramers. Food from Ensemble was available for pickup or delivery and its menu featured the most popular items from several Catalogue restaurants that could be mixed and matched, all coming from one kitchen.
According to Ensemble, “The team is taking some time to reimagine the concept and looks forward to its evolution. You can still find Bib Gourmand Winners, Federalist Pig and Honeymoon Chicken, available for pickup, delivery, and catering to the Bethesda area, out of their flagship locations in Adams Morgan and Petworth, respectively.”
The news of Ensemble’s closure was first reported by Robert Dyer.
