Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are investigating three commercial burglaries that occurred at the Home Court store in the 900 block of Philadelphia Ave. in Silver Spring. Detectives have released surveillance video of the three suspects and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.
The commercial burglaries occurred on the following dates:
-Tuesday, September 19 at 12:06 a.m.
-Monday, September 25 at 1:25 a.m.
-Saturday, September 30 at 12:28 a.m.
The investigation by detectives has revealed the suspects arrived at the location in a vehicle, forced entry into the store, stole an undisclosed amount of merchandise and left the scene.
Detectives reviewed the surveillance cameras inside of the business and obtained a description of the suspects and the vehicles.
One of the suspects is described as a juvenile Black male, with a thin build, wearing an Under Armour hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
Another suspect is described as a juvenile Black male, with a thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
The other suspect is described as a juvenile Black male, with a thin build, with black short hair, wearing an unknown color hooded sweatshirt, pants and tennis shoes.
The suspects left the scenes in the following vehicles:
-a dark colored four door sedan (Tuesday, September 19)
-a silver four door sedan (Monday, September 25)
-a dark colored four door sedan (Saturday, September 30)
