
A 63-year-old male from Rockville was arrested today on a warrant for second degree assault after an incident last month in Kensington.
According to the Maryland-National Capital Park Police (Montgomery County Division), “on 10/28 officers responded to Beach Dr and Knowles Ave for an assault where a cyclist was pepper sprayed by a driver.”
@MoCoPGNews reported that the suspect was driving a white pickup truck and allegedly stated his hatred for cyclists before pepper spraying the victim. We will provide an update if additional information becomes available.
