
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a vehicle that was driven into a home on Aquarius Ave., off of Homecrest Rd., in Aspen Hill on Tuesday morning.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, the driver was trapped inside the vehicle and was extricated by arriving units. The driver was evaluated and transported to the hospital with priority 3 trauma (non-urgent, non-life threatening injuries). MCFRS units remain on the scene to assist with the building inspector, as there is significant damage to the garage of the home.
It is unclear what led to the vehicle being driven into the house.
