Carmen’s Italian Ice at 1115 Nelson St in Rockville is doing its annual “Pay the Price of the Weather” promotion.
Whatever the temperature is outside, that’s the price of a small Italian ice (you can substitute gelati for an extra dollar). Only cash or Carmen’s gift cards are accepted for the deal.
While not a huge money maker for the store, Carmen’s owner Jason Mandler tells us the promotion is a nice treat for their diehards fans and something fun to do during the off-season, when people don’t typically have frozen treats on their mind.
