Montgomery County Police responded to the report of a stolen vehicle in Silver Spring on Tuesday, January 30.
According to police, “At approximately 8:12 p.m., 3rd District officers were notified of a stolen vehicle in the area of Ellsworth Dr. & Fenton St.
Officers located the vehicle in the area of Colesville Rd. and Georgia Ave.
Following a brief pursuit, a juvenile male suspect was taken into custody, in the Wayne Ave. parking garage. This is an active and ongoing investigation.”
