Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) and Montgomery County Police responded to the 9800blk of Washingtonian Blvd (Rio Lakefront) for the report of a collision with rollover in a parking garage.
According to police; “the preliminary investigation has revealed that an impaired driver struck parked vehicles in the parking garage and attempted to leave from the scene.
Officers aprehended the impaired driver and took him into custody. One person was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Officers are still determining how this person was injured in this incident.”
