The MVA Express is looking to extend its lease at 16520 S. Westland Dr. in Gaithersburg’s Walnut Hill shopping center.
The MVA Express has had the location in Gaithersburg for approximately 36 years, and the current lease expires at the end of this month. The Maryland Board of Public Works will be taking it up at its Valentine’s Day meeting on Wednesday, February 14th.
It is likely that lease renewal for the 6,236 SF space will be approved at the meeting. The term of the lease would go from March 1st, 2024 until February 28th, 2029 with one five-year renewal option. The annual rent is $168,287.
