The Greek Orthodox Church of St. George in Bethesda, MD, will hold its annual Greek Festival on Saturday, May 18, and Sunday, May 19, 2024, starting at 12 pm. The free festival is open to the public and will be held on the church grounds at 7701 Bradley Boulevard in Bethesda.

This two-day family-friendly event will feature live music, ethnic Greek food and pastries, beverages, including Greek beer and wine, vendors and traditional Greek folk dance performances from St. George’s kindergarten through high school aged students. This talented group of dancers will perform on both Saturday and Sunday.

Menu items will include lamb, pork and chicken souvlaki sandwiches, along with gyros, spanakopita and tiropita, amazing Greek pastries, and the ever-popular loukoumades, bite-sized Greek donuts with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon.

The festival is staffed with volunteers from the St. George community, with proceeds benefiting its ministries and community outreach. For more information and a full menu, visit 2024 St. George Greek Festival.
