WMATA, the DC Metro system, has created a realistic, but fun video introducing “Metreau De Parfum”- a made up series of Metro-inspired scents for April Fool’s Day that has led to dozens of comments in response. Below, you can see the video, as well as a few of the comments that have received the most attention (good and bad):
• L’Enfantasy killed me
• Loving the voiceover Metro this is brilliant
• A real WMATA perfume would smell like discarded chicken wing bones, mildew, and distilled frustration.
• i need y’all to double the pay of whoever came up with “succumb to your deepest l’enfantasy”
• I think @wmataGM is having too much fun with iMovie during his medical leave.
• This is doing April Fools correctly. Shut it down, we have a winner.
