Police Investigating Twenty-Two Attempted Thefts From Auto; Photos of Suspect Released

Montgomery County Police has released surveillance photos of suspects wanted in connection with the break-in of 22 vehicles in a Silver Spring parking garage.

Per MCPD: Officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police- 3rd District Station are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying these three suspects.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in a parking garage in the 1100 block of Bonifant Street.

Suspect One: Black male in his late teens, wearing a brown jacket, grey pants, and green shoes and riding a white motor scooter

Suspect Two: Black male in his late teens, wearing all black clothing Suspect Three: Black male in his late teens, riding a white motor scooter, and wearing a grey sweatshirt, black pants, and black/white shoes

The suspects forced entry into 22 vehicles by breaking a window, ransacked some of the vehicles, and left the scene.
