Signage is up at Rising Star studio, located at 18505 N Frederick Ave in the ‘Gaithersburg SC’ shopping center (home of Bruster’s and Floor & Decor).
We are told that Rising Star studio is the home of the award-winning Tentacíon dance teams, and the Rising Star Energy Bar. “At Rising Star Studio we offer a variety of dance classes, choreography services for special events (quinceañera, wedding, etc.) and fitness classes as well as nutrition consultations.”
The Energy Bar will feature “healthy protein smoothies and clean energy beverages. We will be open to stop in for breakfast or lunch for a protein meal replacement smoothie and healthy, clean energy beverages. Coaching and Nutrition Plans are also available for those seeking to gain energy, improve overall fitness, lose weight, gain lean mass & achieve desired results.”
Per Rising Star: “The dance studio is committed to the mission to enrich lives through physical health, cultural celebration and unity and comprehensive dance education. We also provide entrepreneurial and economic opportunity for participants as they continue to pursue their love of dance recreationally, professionally and as part of a healthy, active lifestyle. We provide a healthy, fun and exciting atmosphere to learn and continue to grow together with the love of dance as the connector. Offerings include:

The 4,000 SF venue will be also available for rental for special events. The new location is under renovation is expected to open August 2024.
