With Han Spot and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls now open, Rio Lakefront is looking to fill a couple more spaces in order to be fully leased. We learned today that Koi Sushi will be taking the vacant space between Chipotle and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls.
We are currently working to find out information regarding any possible connection between the Koi Sushi restaurant moving into the space and any existing local eatery with Koi in its and will have an update on that for you soon.
Spirit Halloween is also now open in Rio and will occupy three space that was home to Pier 1 Imports at 30 Grand Corner Ave. The other two vacant spaces in the shopping center are the former home of Bach to Rock, which recently moved to Gaithersburg’s Kentlands neighborhood, and the space that was previously home to Torrid, across from Kohl’s.
