Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision on Willard Avenue at North Park Avenue in Friendship Heights just before 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 28.
According to public safety reporter Cordell Pugh, the two vehicles were towed and the roadway was reopened just after 3:00pm.
