The buzz has been building for weeks, but today we spoke with Janice who, along with daughter Ashley, have taken over the Clarksburg Bennigan’s location.
Janice told me that she has been running the restaurant for a few months now and that the official change will take place in about three weeks.
The Clarksburg Tavern will still have a similar menu that will include items like the Monte Cristo, but will also feature bar food, a 1lb ribeye, chops, salads, a shrimp cocktail, and a variety of daily specials.
Along with the change in name, you can expect the addition of a pool table or two, darts, and the availability of local beers.
