Bump ‘n Grind Closing its Silver Spring Location on May 26
Source of the Spring first reported today that Bump ‘n Grind will be closing its coffee shop / record store at 1200 East-West Highway in Silver Spring on Wednesday, May 26th.
In a statement sent out by owner David Fogel, he announced that they will be moving operations to Moorenko’s Ice Cream at 8030 Georgia Ave, as well as opening a shop in the DTSS library.
“In Silver Spring, a couple blocks from our current location, we’ll be bringing our drinks/buzz and vibe to Moorenkos – that fabulous ice cream shop next to Denizens. We aim to start slinging espresso there Memorial Day Weekend. We will also be opening soon in the downtown Silver Spring Library.”
