Golfdom “The Golfer’s Store” has leased the space that was formerly home to Pier 1 Imports at 12137 Rockville Pike in the Pike Center– the shopping center that’s home to TGI Friday’s, according to a Biz Journals Report. The space has been home to Spirit Halloween in the years since Pier 1 Imports closed.
Golfdom has been around for over 40 years, moving into its Tyson’s location, at 8302 Watson St in McLean, VA, in 1997. In 2022, Golfdom agreed to be acquired by Worldwide Golf Shops, a Bethesda-based parent company of several well-known golf retailers throughout the country. A projected opening date is not yet available, but we will provide an update as soon as it is.
